We would like to offer our thanks and appreciation for any purchase you make with us. We’re a family run business and your support is livelihood and allows us to continue to pursue our dream and offer our unique service to others.

1. Product Specifications

As a store providing second hand products, we offer unique one-off items that once sold, will potentially not be sourced again. These products have likely all been used and will show individual signs of wear.

We understand the concerns you may have in purchasing second hand wares and we will go to every effort into check, test and assess our products prior to listing them for sale and we will always endeavour to take clear pictures for you to analyse for yourself.

That said, we are only human and despite our best efforts, we may make mistakes. As such, should you have any concerns prior to purchasing an item from us then we’re always happy to answer any questions you may have. Please reach out to us via email at @radfords.store

2. Dimension

Please be advised that we provide approximate dimensions that may be out by a small amount. If you require exact measurements, please contact us at @radfords.store and we will do our best to assist.

3. Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and are subject to change at our discretion.

4. Payments

We would like to assure you that all payments made via Radfords store are done so securely. All payments are processed through Stripe who use encryption to protect sensitive data making it unreadable to unauthorized parties.

5. Shipping

We’re committed to providing exceptional customer services, and as such we aim to ship all orders within two working days from the date an order is complete. Additionally, we’re happy to share that we offer free shipping on all orders over £40 to anyone located in England, Wales … We send all items tracked and using a 48 hour service

Internation shipping

We are currently not providing any international shipping options but are looking to do so in the future.

6. Returns

Whilst we do our best to describe the items we have to offer as accurately as possible; we do understand that on occasions we may make mistakes, or that you simply may change your mind and no longer want an item.

It is important to us that our customers feel happy and reassured that they will be looked after should they feel returns are necessary, as such, we feel that it is only fitting that we offer free returns, no matter the reason. Furthermore, to give you time to decide we also allow you up to fourteen days from the date your order was shipped for you to open a return with us, then a further 7 days for the item to be shipped.

Please note that should we suspect that any items returned to us are not the original item that we shipped, we will not issue a refund, as such we do encourage our customers to communicate any issues they may have with us prior to returning their purchase.  

To commence a return simply email us at [email protected] no later than fourteen days after the date we shipped your order.
